   STEP 2: APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID (Optional)

   STEP 3:  PAY REGISTRATION FEE

                 You will be prompted to pay your Registration Fee upon 

                 completion of Step 1.  
                                  $75 Registration Fee per student
